Looking for a Christian Female Roommate to sublease for 1 month beginning June 1st and then sign the 12 month lease with the two existing Christian Female roommates in July

Apartment is on 139th and Lenox. I have the largest room plus the apartment is very spacious. In my room I currently fit a standing desk, my full sized bed, a dresser, bed stand, bookshelf, and keyboard with still extra moving room. If you’re interested you’re welcome to tour in person or via video. I can also provide a walkthrough of the apartment video if you request via message. The June cost is $1172.50/month plus security deposit of $1172.50. Beginning in July the cost will be $1207.50/month (plus an additional security deposit of $83.33). Only other costs are ConEd for electricity and cooking gas (max I’ve paid is $45.83 for the month) and Spectrum for internet (currently $20.66 each for the month).

We are looking for someone who would stay till end of lease June 2025.

Some details about your roommates:

1) 1st roommate is 26 and graduated this week from Columbia with her MFA in Film! Her goal is to be a Director. She loves to watch movies together and catch up. She likes to read as well! And also will sometimes do Pilates and invite us to join her in the living room. She likes to ride her bike around the city when the weather is good as well. She recently started a new job with Jews for Jesus where she works on different film projects they have. She goes in Monday through Friday 8-4 I believe are the times.

2) 2nd roommate is our newest roommate who replaced our friend who just got married! She is 40 and she works for Fullbright and helps individuals from Asia come to the states for their programs. She goes into the office about two times per week, but then WFH the other days. She’s a black woman who loves all things Asia, and speaks several Asian languages. She has also written at least two spiritual books. One on the topic of Christian Feasts which I found fascinating! Haven’t read it though yet.

They’re both hoping to be friends with their housemates. If they seem like people you would be open to living with, please let me know and we can chat sometime today. Hoping to finalize sublease by May 23rd now for June 1st. Only requirement from landlord is at least a 700 credit score.
