1 Bedroom in Spacious Harlem Apartment

Hi All! I am looking for a summer roommate to sublet a beautiful, light-filled bedroom in my huge Harlem apartment! Starting June thru August 2024 or longer!

The room is spacious, gets tons of light, and has been a super perfect nest for many roommates over the years. The room is partially furnished with a full sized bed, two small Ikea dressers, an Ikea desk, and a private closet. There is an additional closet/storage space available for use in the apartment!

The apartment itself is big, with a huge sun-soaked living room, large kitchen, and clean bathroom! Additionally, there is an additional shared small multipurpose room right off the kitchen that gets a great amount of sunlight and can be used for exercise, meditation, reading, painting, etc.

The location of the apartment is just a couple blocks in either direction from the A/C/B/D and the 2/3 lines, making it super convenient to get anywhere in Manhattan and/or down to Brooklyn. The location is the BEST: walking distance from Central Park and Morningside Park, Columbia University, and is located right in the heart of restaurant row, close to tons of bakeries, cafes and delicious spots. I am looking for someone: courteous, chill, busy, kind, CLEAN and RESPONSIBLE. Vibes are always good in the apartment. I'm a creative professional/Columbia Grad. - usually busy and often out and about, I would prefer to share the space with someone largely the same, with an understanding that sometimes when we’re home, we’re needing some decompression time. But above all, cleaning up after yourself and being mindful of trash/recycling and other tidying up is most key.
