Looking for someone to sublet a bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment in central Harlem July 1st-August 31st with the option to sign a lease starting September 1st.
The rent is $1315 (plus around $100 in utilities and WiFi). A very spacious room with lots of light and a very large closet! In-unit washer and dryer.
I am moving abroad, so preference for someone who is also interested in buying all (or most) of the furniture (in the bedroom) for a good rate.
The apartment is on the fifth and top floor (walk-up). Great location transit-wise: around 8 min walk from the 135th st. 2/3 station, 8 min walk from 135th B/C station, a 15 min walk from 125th (A/B/C/D) station. 10 min walk from City College and 25-30 min walk from Columbia’s campus.
My roommate is in her 20s, working full-time remotely and also studying art history. She’s planning to renew the lease starting September 1st.
