No elevator.
The room is on the 5th floor.

You have your own room and we have our room.
This is a sharing apartment. We have only one bathroom.

With big table for you to enjoy big TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi ,
your own separate refrigeratori in the kitchen.
Single bed , big top shelf to store your bags and cases.
The apartment has kitchen and bathroom to share with us.
We have dishes and cooking hardware for you to use for light cooking.
No heavy cooking.

・Absolutely NO parties or groups of people allowed in the apartment.
・The apartment is for the guests listed only.
・Must climb stairs - its a NY walk up. Four flights to the 5th floor from the street.

We live two people here me and my wife and you going to be third .
So its three people would be living in this apartment please take a note of that and make sure its OK with you.
