I'm looking for a FEMALE roommate for a May 1st Move-in date!

Rent is $1,012.50 for a 1-year lease located in Inwood Manhattan! Water and heat are included in the rent.
Electricity and WiFi bills ~$150 per person. No laundry in the building/unit.
This is a HUGE apartment & great space! Less than a 5min walk to both A & 1 trains at 207th St. 3 large parks nearby (Inwood Hill Park, Isham Park, and Fort Tyron Park). Lots of food and grocery options within walking distance.
Bedroom furniture in the video is NOT included. The room fits a queen or king-size bed (queen-size bed is featured in the video). All closest are located in the hallways (they are very large).

I'm looking for a FEMALE roommate who is communicative, organized, responsible, fun and must be PET friendly. Please no additional pets as there will already be 2 cats living in the apartment. I am open to friendship with a new roommate, but I am very focused right now on my career and would like someone who has a goal they’re working towards as well.

About me: I'm 26 years old, full-time personal trainer, originally from Maryland and have been living in nyc for 5 years. I've lived in this apartment for 4 years. I'm not home most of the day during the week but don't work weekends. My personality type is ENFJ and I'm a Libra. I have 2 cats Mila (grey) and Nala (black) they are very shy at first but friendly and playful. For fun, I love to workout, read, cook, be in nature, try out restaurants/bars, and pop-up shops.
