Looking for 1 Female Roommate Only

Hi, my name is Payton and I am currently moving out of my place that I share with 2 other females. I am looking for a tenant to replace myself in a master bed and private bathroom.

This apartment is next to the East River and includes 3 beds and 2 baths: 1) Master Bed with a private bath (available), 2) 1 Bedroom with a shared bath, 3) 1 Bedroom with a shared bath.

The current lease expires at the end of February and I am looking for a replacement from March 2023 to February 2024.

The building is in a high rise with elevators and a 24 hour doorman. There are free shuttle buses to Union Square and Grand Central on weekdays and a bus stop in-front of the building for M34 routes. Also, there are washers and dryers inside the building.

My roommates are current working professionals that are in the office 60-70% of the time and then work from home the remainder of the week. Please message me if there are any questions!
