Spacious bedroom in a beeautiful 2bdr apt

Hi, I am looking for a roommate to take a 2 BDR 2 bath apt i have identified in gramercy/flatiron, UWS or UES area in the next 3 days. Would like to connect with potential roomate (s) asap to see if we get along. The places i have seen are beautiful. All have spacious 2 bed rooms, some have 2 baths and all have decent size outdoor space. I have 2 grills and good quality furniture for outdoor space. One has a duplex set up in UWS. So if we take that one then we would be on 2 different floors not on each others face.

I am very tidy, love cooking esp for other people, don't take life too seriously and am a reliable friend. I own a social travel app called "Jetzy" (feel free to google me) and I travel a lot so you may have the apt all by yourself almost 4-5 months every year.
