Large room is available for a 12 month lease starting 6/1/24 until 5/31/25. Room can fit a queen bed, a desk, and has room for storage. There is also a large closet that comes with the room. The apartment includes a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The building has 24/7 doormen, an elevator, laundry on the floor, and a roof deck. The apartment is within walking distance to the 6 train line. There are two other roommates, one works in finance and the other is a grad student at NYU.
