Room available July 1st

Available July 1st is a bedroom in our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the top floor of an elevator building with washer and drying in the basement. It’s located close to 1st Ave on 63rd St.

The two roommates are professionals that are busy working at the office most days during the week. We are hoping for someone similar but it’s not a requirement. You are respectful, good to get along with and clean up after yourself. Please share a short description of yourself and why you would be an ideal roommate.

This would be a 4 months (July to October) sublease until the current lease ends on Oct 31, 2024. You can join new lease starting Nov 1st, if interested
