A block from the 72nd street 1/2/3 subway stop, Trader Joe’s, and tons of shopping and restaurants. Beautiful sunroom, + space outside in the fenced in backyard for a sizable garden. Open bedroom is spacious with tons of closet space, but in basement so no windows. 1 full bath which is shared. Washer dryer in unit. Basement has a room with a sink and mirror and we may be able to connect a toilet. Open to well trained pets. Ground floor apartment but has bars on windows and ADT Alarm system.
