Beautiful location next to Lincoln Center starting July 1st. It's a really central location and easy to commute to anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn. It's super close to Central Park and access to many restaurants nearby in Hells Kitchen, Midtown, and the Upper West Side. Laundry is in building.

Rent is $1575/month and utilities usually come to about $80/month per person. I easily fit a queen bed and there is quite a decent sized closet in the room as well with great natural light. There is an elevator, gym, doorman to receive packages, and the rest of the apartment is furnished.

The current roommates are 2 females in their early 30s that work in fashion and law. Trader Joe's, Target, and Whole Food are super close as well, just a 10min walk away. The roommates staying are looking for someone clean and respectful.
