1Big BR in3BR LES apt-W/D-2BATH-rooftop-by subway

I'm seeking for a roommate for my 3BR apt, located in the center of the Lower East Side on March 15th (dates are flexible. )

It is a sublease until end of August 2023 with an option for extension ( when we renew the lease) . No short sublets please.

About the apartment -
There are two full bathrooms , washer and dryer in unit , full kitchen with an island and bar stools . it comes with the newest appliances including a brand new oven, dishwasher , new stove, microwave, and a large fridge. There is a secured rooftop where you can relax or practice yoga in the summertime .
15ft high ceilings throughout the apt. We've got the whole 2nd floor in the building (1300 sq ft ), very spacious and bright , windows in every room , lots of plants and art work. The building is located literally across the street from the subway station, it is an easy commute to get anywhere in the city and Brooklyn within 20 mins.

Two of my good friends have been living there for almost couple of years .(a girl and a guy) they are in their 30s , very clean , friendly , down to earth , and super chill . He works in product development /photography at the office full time, and travels a lot , and she works for a fashion brand in fabric production/textiles 2-3 days a week from home.
The vibe in the apartment is pretty much chill . we all work a lot and we like to relax and cook dinner after a long day of work.

About the master bedroom-
The room comes fully furnished with a queen side bed , a posturepedic mattress , a desk , a massive built-in closet , a side table and an AC unit for the summer time. There's also an access to a fire escape , with a view of a beautiful backyard.

About the neighborhood -
The Lower East Side in my opinion is the best part of Lower Manhattan!! lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, pop-up shops , parks and cute boutiques all around.
Everything is super close: Trader Joe's , Essex Market ,Target, Shopping centers are only a few blocks away, Fierce Grace hot yoga studio is down the street , LES skatepark is closed by as well. kikis , 169 bar, clandestino , jajaja and many other great spots are only a few mins walk from the building. 10 mins walk to the East Village, Soho , Nolita, 20 mins walk to Financial District, Seaport area ,25 mins walk to the West Village ..F, J, M, Z,6 and G trains are all a walking distance .

Our Ideal roommate would be who's clean ,social ,respectful for the place ,has a steady job and pays the rent on time. Preferably a professional not a student.

One month security deposit is required to move in. Rent is 2280 a month for the room. utilities are not included.
