Your move-in date would be either August or September 1. I'm an easy-going professional who is clean and considerate of other people's needs and preferences.
Condo is in One Manhattan Square building that has 100,000 sq feet of amenities which are included in the rent. Check out the building's site to see what's available. The only additional payments are electricity and broadband internet: ~$70-120/month combined.
Alternatively, I'm open to pairing up and renting a different 2BR 2BA in a similar building in Manhattan or near Brooklyn.
