Sublet for June-July-August in LES!

Hey! Looking for someone to stay in my artsy 2-bedroom in the Lower East Side. The BEAUTIFUL bedroom is distinct because of its exposed brick and a scenic window looking out at historic Orchard Street. There is also a large spacious closet!

You don’t need to worry about bringing anything but your clothes, It's move-in ready — fully furnished with a beautiful huge mirror, a full sized bed, sheets if you need them, storage. There's also an A/C, an iron, a blow dryer and heated blanket available!

Super accessible to public transit. 3-min walk to Delancey-Essex JMFZ, and 8 min walk to BD trains. Also right near the Williamsburg Bridge and about a million restaurant + nightlife hotspots! Ideal for a Summer in the City!

You would be living with a kind, resourceful, very funny, queer artist of color in her early 30's (she/they)! She is a comedian, writer, musician, teacher, and actor. She is often pretty busy, but very friendly, helpful and respectful. She is a big fan of quiet mornings for writing, reading, walks and coffee, and likes to play music and occasionally has people over in the afternoon/evenings.

Leaving the room by the end of May (around the 24th). Preferably finding someone who stays for three months, as I am coming back from several trips in September. We can also work something out if you want to stay for June only. If you have any questions or need more flexibility reach out :)
