Looking to Sublease My Room

Hi everyone!! I am looking to sublet my room in the Lower East Side for just the month of July, OR for someone that would like to sublet the month of July and sign for a year. For the month of July, I am looking to sublet my room and you will be with my roommate, Alayna Woodall who has a 3 year old (very nice) orange cat! So you have to like cats :) If you are also looking to sign for the year, you would need to find a roommate by August because Alayna will be gone! Or you could have two rooms for yourself. The rent split in half that you would be paying as a roommate would be $2,150, but with WIFI and amenities the total would come out to $2,300. The total price of the place (available August 1) is $4,300. There are NO RENTER FEES. Great area, very close to the subway, the deli, some good restaurants, the grocery, and target!
