Huge apartment with 1 room for the summer

This is a huge apartment in LES, a ~3 minute walk from Dimes square and the F train. 4 bed, 2.5 bath. Everyone in the apartment is friendly and chill, all in their mid-to-late 20s. The apartment has a massive shared living room, dining area, and kitchen. Theres also a patio outdoors equip with a picnic table and we grow tomatoes in the summer!

My bedroom for sublet is in the back of the apartment, creating the most privacy of all the rooms. It comes with its own half bath and my furniture (bed, dresser, fan, AC unit, desk, bookshelf and books you can read).

Note: The bedroom furniture shown is from the current tenant. I am moving my furniture in May 22nd, so it will look a little different and will not have any additional items (e. g., clothes, shoes) in the room. I am happy to send a photo of my furniture so you understand what would be in the room.
