Subletting my room in Lower East for August

The apartment will available from last days of July until 31st of August, with the option to continue staying if you like it. August is the last month of my contract’s lease, and I am looking for somebody to sublet my room.

Location: 197 Madison Street, Manhattan, 10002

Price: 1.800$ + utilities (60-65 dollars for electricity and 47 dollars for internet)

The apartment is located in the lower East side, right next to the East Brodway subway stop (literally a 30 seconds walk). It has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. I am subletting the big bedroom. Common area comes with dishwasher and microwave.

The apartment is in the most cool area of Manhattan and if someone lives in New York, he/she can confirm. The area is super nice, full of restaurants, cafes, and bars and is close to everything. A Laundromat is located one block away. Trader Joe’s and Target located 5 minutes away.

The room comes furnished with a full size bed. AC is also installed in the bedroom.
