Beautiful Master Bedroom next to Central Park

Hello! I am a 26 year old Social Media Manager for my sister's and I sustainable fine chocolate company.

I got this beautiful apartment (4bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) in Manhattan Valley right next to Central Park, and currently have 3 female roommates (all young professionals or students)

The apartment is fully furnished, has an in unit washer dryer, dishwasher, and in an elevator building.

This bedroom is the master bedroom, with 2 windows, 2 closets, tv in room, and plenty of storage space. Looking for a summer renter with possibility to extend!

This bedroom shares one bedroom with another room (there's 2 bathrooms in the apt)

Major purchases like toilet paper, dishwasher soap is shared between the house.

I like to keep the house rules casual and respectful, people are able to bring their partners or friends over, but just make sure to communicate with the other roommates and generally keep things clean.

Move in Date is July 1 (first and security)
Looking to have a roommate secured as soon as possible!
Possible to tour the room just message when available.
