We are looking for someone who is neat and clean, likes chill nights in as much as adventuring around the city, likes binging Netflix, coffee, and the occasional dinner party (we like to cook)! We are creatives with freelance jobs. We would love to be friendly with our roommate but totally respect boundaries and alone time. My dog Koda will always greet you with a happy face and some howls when she sees you!

The apartment has stunning views of the river, a massive living space which will be furnished, and a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. A full-sized bedroom that can come furnished or unfurnished. The building has an elevator, laundry, package room, and doorman. Steps away from Columbia!
