Large bedroom for rent

Hi, I have a room for rent for 400.00 a week. The security deposit $400.00. The rent includes all utilities such as electricity, WiFi and cleaning fee in the common area of the apartment ( bathroom, kitchen and living space.) We split the electricity bill from June to October if you request an AC in the room during those months only.
