My name is Yanting Wu. This is my second year at NYIT majoring in MS of Data Science. I’m quiet, friendly, and easygoing. I like to play basketball and video games when I’m free. I don’t smoke/party at home and respect others. Since my ex-roommate just graduated and moved out, I’m now looking for someone that is clean, respectful, considerate, and takes care of our home. The unit is a 1B1B apartment. Your bed will be in the living room and mine will be in the bedroom. I will not disturb or interfere with your privacy.
Rent costs around $2200 including water, gas, as well as access to the gym, library, swimming pool, and basketball court. You will be sharing electricity and Internet bill with me.
