1325 medium size room

Hi my current roomate is moving, sadly. I have the medium size room becoming available. So you can move in July 1st!! Lease is a a one year lease that started Sept 1, 2023. So it’ll end on August 31, 2024. But I’ve been living here for 3 years now and love it and won’t move out. So I extend the lease again Sept 1, 2024- August 31 2025. Looking for someone who intends to stay long term. Not short term people.

About new roomate: MUST be clean!!! Always wiping down the kitchen counter tops, stove and even the floor after cooking in the kitchen (things splash on the stove and food sometimes fall on floor without knowing so just doing a nice quick cleanup after makes it so things don’t build up). No dirty dishes in the sink, no food in the drain. No hair in the tub. Just being respectful and courteous that you do have other people living with you. Sorry I’m a little anal about cleanliness I just don’t want to be the only person cleaning all the time. I always clean up after I’m done… I just don’t want to be cleaning your mess as well. So if everyone cleans up after themselves we should always have a clean apartment :) If you don’t clean up after yourself this will NOT be a good fit!
Cleanliness is a must, always leaving kitchen and bathroom spotless for your fellow roomates, no hair in tub, no dirty dishes in sink, no food in drain. If you are a clean neat freak that’s a plus as we like to keep common areas spotless. No drama just good vibes, if this is something that interest you let me know ! Hopefully you’d be the perfect match to fit in our apartment :)
