- Foyer has a squat rack + plates and adjustable dumbells (you won't even need a gym membership, but if you want one there are several nearby)!

- Subway proximity: 1 minute away from NQRW, 2 mins from F, 5 mins from BDE (and more, we are in an extremely central location)

- We are into fitness, running (right by Central Park), watching sports, going out / hanging out, reading, travelling, video games but always down to discover new hobbies
- Typically minimal / no noise after 12am on weeknights
- We are extremely good friends but very respectful of each other and each other's possessions. We ask for permission before entering anyone else's room or borrowing things
- Not neat freaks but not slobs. We try to keep the common areas relatively clean but do whatever you want in your room (as long as it doesn't smell or affect others)
- Can bring over friends / guests, just don't cause a disturbance if we're working or sleeping (and we will do the same)
