Beautiful Studio Apt - All Yours

Hello! I’m looking to sublet my studio from May 15/June 1st through the end of the lease, November 1st. I have lived there 4 years and management always offers a renewal, the expectation being you are a good tenent. It’s a gorgeous and spacious apartment in a safe doorman building. The apartment has a dishwasher, new appliances, walk in closet, full bathtub and a giant window that takes up an entire wall. The building is a doorman building with laundry on the 1st floor and a gym in the sister building across the street. It’s in midtown east, right next to the UN and a couple blocks from grand central station. The area is great and quiet at night with lots of restaurants and bars within a few blocks.

Also, I’m open to selling some of the furniture.
