I'm renting out a bright 1 bedroom with private bathroom (in a 2B2B corner apartment). Completely furnished and comes with queen bed, study table, closet and tv. It has a great view of the Chrysler building.
It’s a doorman building and has a roof terrace on top.
The living room and kitchen is shared but you also have your own small fridge in your bedroom.
I’m a mother and have a 24-year-old daughter. I have a small dog named Max. He is sweet but won’t be coming in your room if you don’t want that.
A little about me: I love to watch animated movies and I’m a big Disney fan. I’m happy to chat with you or have a nice evening together but also, I’m working a lot.
I would be happy to have a nice, clean roommate. Most of my roommates came from Germany and were students. But everybody is welcome.
