Looking for someone to take over my lease

Hi Folks,

My lease will end on 09/30/24 with the possibility to renew it for another year pretty much with the same monthly rent $2,200 (water & heater included).

The electric bill is around $90 and the internet bill I would say $65.

I have been living here for almost 2 years and I can tell that this is a wonderful prime area, nearby financial offices.

The apt studio is located in Midtown East Manhattan and it's ideal for young professionals who work in the area.

In order to take over this amazing studio apt, I would like to recover the $1,925 security deposit + $2,3k broker fee that I paid :)

I am planning to move into another neighborhood and save as much as I can, in order to re-take my studies (Master or Certificate program).

I am also open to take over any other current lease for another year or even sharing a two bedrooms apt closest to Korea Town where I'm working (budget of $1,5k a month).
