It's just a quick 5-minute walk to Columbia University, the 125th 1 train station, and a 10-minute walk to 125th A, B, C, & D train station. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and delis around for convenience.

Here's the deal:
•⁠ ⁠Biggest bedroom: $1450/month + 1450 (deposit)
•⁠ ⁠We've got a dishwasher, microwave, gas, oven, a furnished living room, and a refrigerator
•⁠ ⁠No broker fee!
•⁠ ⁠Heat and hot water included in the rent
•⁠ ⁠Utilities and internet aren't included in the rent
