A room in a gorgeous apartment and down the most beautiful street in SoHo. You’ll be living with 3 other girls who are late 20s, early 30s. Friendly but we also keep to ourselves and have our own space. Bathroom is oddly always free. Prime location, quiet given the area. No pets.

Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Rooms have individually controlled AC/Heat, hardwood floors and in-unit washer dryer and dishwasher. Cleaner comes weekly.

Available from 1 August. 1 year lease, but with the option to lease transfer if need to move out earlier.
