One tenant is not here much as she lives in Washington, DC; the other may or may not be here as she often works in Europe. Only one has limited use of the kitchen and no use of the living areas. One has a private entrance so you don't hear her come in. Each has a refrigerator and micro-wave in their rooms. Both are quiet and responsible. Obviously, you would have full use of kitchen and living area.
