I graduated with CS and Development Economics degrees from NYU. I work now on MRI brain network data science at NYU Langone. I care deeply about having a positive impact in my work. My industries of interest are tech, healthcare, commerce, and global development.

I really see this as a great multicultural learning/living opportunity and would love to make friends. I care deeply about making positive impact, friendship and comedy.

-Google Stuytown for apartment detail and virtual tour. Your room will be the first room in the Junior 3b1b apartment. Inside should be modern furnish.
-The rent will be lower than $1550, including utilities and internet.
-Convenient location, quick commute to center NYC in 15 mins with school bus/subway.
-Excellent residential yet convenient neighborhood with best grocery market Trader Joe’s.
-No street noise.

Requirements:
-Can provide US-based guarantor/stable job or pay more deposit upfront.
-Don’t often bring people home. (Friends’ overnight limited to about 2 weeks per year)
-Quiet. This is so important because post-wall buildings don’t have amazing soundproof, and everyone is busy.
-Health, germ-awareness and 3 shots of covid vaccination. Annual flu and covid shot preferred. Get tested for covid and visit doctor when sick. Wash hand after using restroom.
-No criminal record because my building conduct background check.
-No drug and no smoking.
-Experience living with roommates preferred.
