Furnished bedroom with private bath available as of April 22nd. The bedroom has a twinxl platform bed (linens available) Ligne Roset dresser, air conditioner / heating unit and reach in California closet. note: room for a desk.

Living room and kitchen are shared, prefer light cooking and cleanup of kitchen after use. The entire apartment has great light and warm atmosphere. I prefer to live in a friendly and cordial environment, however understand needing one’s privacy.

The apartment is located in a doorman building, with laundry room on site. Ideal location with access to many amenities within walking distance. One to three blocks walk to all major train lines - 1,2,3,4,5,6, A, C, E, J & R.

Looking for a single professional person or student who needs a furnished room for 4 months to a year. Qualities I seek in a roommate: neat, respectful and easy to engage with.
Prefer the wild side be enjoyed outside of the apartment and appreciate the care of my home.
