Fully furnished room with its own bathroom (shower only, no bathtub) large closets and queen size bed and a large window.
Family with kids away at school who may visit occasionally. For this reason, no overnight guests.
We have a cat who keeps to himself.
Kitchen is shared -have pots and pans and dishes so you don’t need anything! Laundry is downstairs. Quiet and busy not home a lot. Ideal roommate not a party person :-) close to all subways and buses. Central Park a 15 min walk. Great restaurants close by.
