🤩 Large bedroom in 2-bed Upper East Side apartment $1695/month including some bills 🤩 two blocks from 86th street subway and less than one block from launderette

Looking for someone to take over my lease from May 1 until June 31 with the option to renew! Bills come to around $80 per month per person.

You’d be in the bedroom pictured - large with queen bed sized alcove, large wardrobe, ceiling fan and two windows.

You would be sharing the apartment with Caitlin, 26, a lovely Brit who is clean, friendly and enjoys running & netball. She works five days a week from the office and will be moving out at the end of June, when the lease ends. You would have the option to resign with a person of your choice at this point, or leave the flat if you only want a two-month stay.

The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment so great for privacy. No pets please. Deposit is 1 month rent.

Organizing viewings this Saturday afternoon 1.30pm-5pm for you to see the flat and meet Caitlin.
