APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is modern, bright, spacious and overlooks a lovely park.
It's located on 100th st and 3rd avenue, at the limit between Upper East Side and Harlem
~5 minutes walk to subway line 6 and A
~10 mins walk to Central park
Your furnished room fits a queen-size bed (can fit king too), and there is room for a desk and/or dresser. It has a hanging area and shelves.
The brand new bathroom is shared between the two of us.
The living room has a couch, a dining table and chairs which I intend to upgrade for better looking ones in the coming months.
The building was built a few years ago and has all the amenities you could hope for! Doorman, gym, rooftop, courtyard with barbecue, washer room, bike storage, reception room / WFH room, storage space for rent.
ABOUT YOU:
I would like someone who is friendly and respectful of my home. Someone who cleans after themselves. Someone who is quiet at night and who rarely has visitors.
ABOUT ME:
I am a female professional with long working hours. I get up at 7AM, will need the bathroom for 10mins, and will be gone until the evening.
I love plants (there are loads of them in the apartment), outdoors activities, and positive mindsets.
I am usually very busy at work and infrequently at home, but I'd love to socialise when we both have a free evening.
PRICE:
Long term monthly: Single occupancy only: 2,100/m
Shorter: can consider on a case by case basis at a higher rate
