Welcome to this cozy private room on the Upper East Side of New York, just two blocks from the Q train and five blocks from Central Park. The area is full of cafes, bodegas, and gyms, providing everything you need right outside your door.

Located on the 5th floor, the apartment gets plenty of natural light and is peaceful with no upstairs neighbors. While there’s no laundry or dishwasher, the homely atmosphere makes up for it.

I’m in my late 20s, working as working in my own startup and I have my own office space at Columbus Circle, and also a videographer with various side projects. I maintain a busy schedule and travel often. My past roommates, both female, and I enjoyed a harmonious living environment. I keep the apartment clean and organized, following a no-shoes policy and respecting personal space and privacy.
