This is a beautiful apartment in a luxury building with 24*7 doorman; located on 20+ floor. The building is located in a great neighbourhood and has an elevator, gym, rooftop terrace, playroom, garage and laundry room. The whole apartment is available to share with the current tenant (Denise). There is one bedroom (cost listed in the ad) and there is a chase lounge that opens up into a queen size bed in the living room (if you want this then the rent is $2000). The rental cost covers all the utilities and essentials, gym membership, WiFi, Netflix membership on both the TVs (one in bedroom and another in the living room) and also a coffee for your day (the coffee machine is always stocked up and ready). There is a beautiful terrace with a gorgeous view of the city. The current tenant is an amicable person who is very adaptable. She is born and raised in Manhattan and can help you navigate the city if needed.
