This is a short-term, furnished summer sublet! The dates for rent are somewhat flexible; available as early as June 16th - until August 15 or 30th. If your sublet needs to fall on certain dates, let me know! FYI, I want to rent for a minimum of 30 days.
The rent is $625/ week. WiFi and streaming services are included.
About apartment:
A massive 1200 sq ft!
Two-entry kitchen with dishwasher and full-size fridge, Keurig, Soda Stream...
A nicely furnished living room w/ The Frame, 50' flat-screen TV, high-speed internet, Apple TV...
There is 1 large bathroom that is shared.
About housemates: There are 2 housemates, active and busy and love spending time in the park, at the gym, and being out w/ friends, They are clean and tidy and I don't bring the party home.
About the room :
The room is furnished!
Private mini fridge
There is a day bed; a couch by day (if needed) and a full-size bed by night (I have bedding)
Nightstand, 3 lamps, a chair, desk
Windows are large; there are 3; there is an AC
Hanging space and storage is provided in the room for clothing
Building:
Located at 92nd/Broadway, 1 block from the 96th subway entrance (on 93rd St). We have an elevator and laundry in the basement.
