My apartment is in fact 2 one bedroom apartments combined located on West End Avenue and 71st, close to Riverside Park and Central Park and one block from the subway.
The roommate side is furnished, has its own entrance door, living room, bathroom and bedroom (Q size). It's bright, clean and quiet. 800 sq feet.
We only share the kitchen which is outside both private spaces.
This is a full time doorman building, with elevator and laundry room.
The layout of the apartment allows for total privacy.
