🏠 We are going away in July for a bit and subletting our 2-br apartment on the Upper West Side in Manhattan.

📅 Dates flexible, ideally between July 10-28, minimum stay 10 nights.

💰 Total for the entire stay will depend on the duration of your stay, minimum stay 10 nights at $1800, maximum stay 18 nights at $3000. Add $100 to the total if more than 2 people.

This includes all utilities (wi-fi, electricity, gas).

Plus $150 cleaning fee and refundable (provided nothing is damaged) security deposit of $600.

🚇 Our 2-br apartment is near 106th and Broadway, very well-connected (subway, crosstown buses, M60 to LGA straight from the corner, etc.), easy to get to Times Sq. (20 minutes), Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Wall Street and downtown, etc. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Lidl, Trader Joe’s, shops, restaurants, banks, Columbia university.

🛌 One bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2), the second has an air mattress (full, sleeps 1-2), the living room couch can be converted into a twin bed (sleeps 1).

🐈‍ Pets aren’t allowed in the building.
🚬 Absolutely no smoking.
💡 Wi-Fi, gas and electricity included, well-equipped kitchen (electric kettle, Instapot, air fryer, Nutribullet, etc.).
