Spacious room for Rent!

The room is spacious and partly furnished with a full sized bed, medium 8 drawer dresser, and air conditioner. The room has great heat and the utilities are included. It’s myself, a 42 year old female, and I have a male roommate as well. I do own a cat and have children. The home is quiet as we are always working or at school. So a working professional would suit best. It’s a shared bathroom and kitchen. The train is literally a block away and there are plenty of great bars and restaurants in the area.
