Large Bedroom with Private Marble Bath

I'm an actress/Etsy shop owner originally from Dallas, Texas aand attended Syracuse University . I will be moving out and my roommate Rachelle will be staying in the apartment. She is a dancer and works in fitness. We both have loved our clean home where there's plenty of mutual respect and kindness. I have lived in this building for 6 years and absolutely love it. The apartment is about 1300 sq ft and has a huge separate kitchen with a dishwasher. There is an elevator, and laundry access is currently in the sister building across the street (our laundry room is currently being repaired). The bedroom we’re looking to fill has a private bathroom and is a queen sized bedroom. The apartment is 3 blocks from the 168th St 1 and A trains, as well as Columbia Medical/Presbyterian Hospital.
