Renovated apartment in Washington heights area

I currently have 1 bedroom for rent out of my 3 bedroom apartment. This is a 3 fl walk up. I currently have 2 renters in house. This bedroom has 1 nice sized closet. Bedroom has a king size memory foam bed with storage underneath, nightstand, dresser, chest of drawers, you would need to bring a lamp. I DO NOT HAVE PHOTOS OF THE ROOM AS OF YET. I WILL UPDATE AD SOON WITH THEM. Feel free to decorate to your liking without painting walls. There is a furnished living/diningroom space ( currently being used as storage until I can get some things moved out). The kitchen that is accessible to all. In the kitchen, there is a washer/dryer for your use as well. If you choose to bring a partner they would pay an additional half of your month's rent. EX: you pay 1200 they pay 600. This room is in a great area with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, near the 1, and C train, near M100,101,2,3,4,5, BX6 busses, near City college, Columbia University, and so many more colleges/ universities. It is a must see.
