To move in you will need
-First month's rent
-Broker fee (equals one month rent)
-$20 application fee for a credit/background check
(NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED)

*Proof of employment and additional supporting documents will be required for the application process

*NOTE: YOU WILL ONLY BE LIABLE FOR YOUR SHARE OF THE RENT

*All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 50k-60k minimum annual income) and have a minimum credit score of 660.

Guarantors/Co-signers are accepted if you do not meet the above requirements
(guarantors need to earn 80x rent and have a minimum credit score of 680)

Room Breakdown based on size/location:
Room A-$1275 good for Full/Queen size bed
Room B-$1275 good for Full/Queen size bed
Room C-$1525 good for Queen/King size bed
