2 month sublet in Washington Heights

I’ve throughly enjoyed living here but looking for a subletter to take over the remaining 2 months of my lease. $1200 plus about $60 in utilities.

You’d have your own room that can fit a full sized bed comfortably and there’s 2 bathrooms for the three rooms. Plus a kitchen/living area combined with laundry and a dishwasher.

Less than a 5 min walk from the A train. About a 10 minute walk from the 1 train. Also about a 10-15 min walk to Fort Tryon Park and the Cloisters!

The current roommates will also be leaving at the end of the lease at the end of August.
- one is a physical trainer downtown, she's sweet and super quiet. She's out of the apartment a good deal for work and on the weekends. She goes to bed fairly early and is out the door really early, too.
- the other is a post-grad student, so she's in the apartment more often and but does leave to hang with her friends and boyfriend. She's super chill and really fun to talk to. She goes to bed a bit later, but is pretty quiet overall.
