• Location: Close to the A & 1 trains and lots of buses (right across from the GWB bus terminal). Less than a mile from the Columbia medical campus. About a mile away from Fort Tryon and Fort Washington parks. Lots of grocery stores nearby.
• Rent: $1,300/month + utilities/internet.

Preference for someone who is:
• Looking for a long-term living situation, ideally someone who would want to stay 1-2 years or longer.
• Similarly kind, clean/tidy, mature/respectful, and socially-conscious person. Ideally, we would like to foster a communicative and clean "family environment." We respect each others’ time and space and would expect you to do the same.
• Okay with friends/guests coming over, possibly overnight (this doesn’t happen that often but it's nice to have the option if it arises)
• LGTBQ+/queer-identified or friendly, Not smoking friendly. Please respond in your message with some things about you, such as your age, work/school, hobbies, preferences for roommates, etc. It gets overwhelming on this platform otherwise 😊

It’s nice having a tidy apartment, but I understand if life gets busy—we just need to communicate about it and help each other out! I love hanging out with my roommates, but I understand if you’d like a more private home environment
