Large, sunny room available for rent in a first-floor three bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment. Room for rent is approximately 12' x 13', and features a large, east facing window that looks out onto the courtyard of the building. The room features wood flooring and high ceilings, making it feel very spacious.

The kitchen is of average size, and has all the general cooking equipment that one would need. A few quirks of the apartment: the good-sized closets are outside of the bedrooms (in the hallway across from each bedroom), and there is no living room. However, the bedroom is so big, this hardly feels like a limitation.

The two roommates you'll be sharing the apartment with are late 20s-mid-30s males who keep to themselves and are quiet and respectful. Male or female roommates are fine, so long as they are similarly respectful and courteous.

The location is very convenient--we live across the street from a grocery store, and around the corner from several restaurants. The A train is 3 blocks away, and the 1 train is about a 5-7 minute walk. Just a few blocks south is 181st St, a busy road of commerce that features many chain stores. Equidistant to the north is Fort Tryon Park, which boasts a very well-maintained flower garden and the Cloisters Museum.
