Hello everyone! I am planning to move this summer and am looking to sublet my unfurnished room located in beautiful Washington Heights starting any time after July 15th (flexible move-in date) to someone who will sign on to the 12-month lease on September 1st.
The Apartment: 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dishwasher, new appliances, quiet, lots of natural light, live-in super, and great roommates!
The Room: Spacious and beautifully sunlit; two large west-facing windows with gorgeous views over Broadway and the George Washington Bridge; comfortably fits a queen size bed with room for other furniture; and sizable closet with mirrored sliding doors.
The Roommates: 3 women in their late 20s and early 30s. They are friendly and love making casual conversation but keep to themselves for the most part.
Rent is $1150 a month and utilities come out to around $30-$70 each.
Just a few steps from the 1 train and just under a 10 minute walk from the A/C; 1 block from the laundromat; grocery store across the street + bodega downstairs; an avenue from the river; and plenty of places to eat, drink, and enjoy yourself!
