Hi, ladies reading :)

My name is Christina (1997) :) My roommate Laura (1998) and I are looking for a new roommate as our 3rd roommate is moving out. Looking forward to creating a new friendship with whoever moves in.

A lil about me:
26, physician assistant student, native of New York, Christian, (plus all the other interests I selected), current show atm: all the National ⚽️ games

A lil about Laura/ interests:
26, works from home as an associate project manager for a health non-profit, singing, boxing, running, guitar, reading, exploring nyc, NY native

A lil about the space:
-2 floor apt (1st floor, so no walk-up)
-3 bed/ 2 bath
•Laura and I share the upstairs. The downstairs bath is primarily yours (not attached to room). Free to use the toilet upstairs if you need and vice versa
-1 large bedroom with 2 closets (~$1300/ month +utilities)
-communal areas: kitchen, living room, downstairs
-in-unit washer/ dryer
-weekly chores (Pls, let's all do our chores, girl 🫶, nyc is not the cleanest 😅)
-we share condiments, pots, pans, cleaning supplies
-huge + if you have items (for communal use in kitchen, living room, etc) that you are bringing as well
