You'll share a bathroom and have access to a secret garden/courtyard that all tenants are free to use. The room comes fully furnished with all the basic essentials, including a personal fridge, a huge closet, dresser, desk, and AC. Laundry facilities are available in the complex. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included. An exit cleaning fee of $100 applies.
