I’m looking for a roommate to take over 1 bedroom in my two bedroom UES apartment. I have lived here for over 4 years, but my roommate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over her portion of the lease. The current lease will start August 1st for a 1 year term. Rent is $1912.50 a month (+utilities and wifi) located in the Yorkville area (low 90s & 1st Ave).
I’m looking for a female roommate in their late 20s/ early 30’s. Must be a non-smoker and have no pets.
Besides being a spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath, the unit has a dishwasher, updated appliances and the living room and kitchen come fully furnished. Additionally, the building is a 2 floor walk up with a laundry room for residents. It is centrally located to the Q, 4, 5, 6 subway lines and there is an array of grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants.
